Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping to ensure that your pet's new accessories and toys arrive promptly. Here are some important details about our shipping policy:

• We currently offer shipping within the United States.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of the items in your order.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
• Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

Returns

Save money & time: measure twice, buy once! 😉 

We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. 

Before starting your return, please ensure that all items sent back are brand new, unwashed, and free of pet hair. Magically Pawsome will not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged due to chewing or biting. Items must be sent back in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

When mailing back your product(s), please include a note with your name, order number and indicate whether you would like to return the item or exchange it for a different pattern or size.

We recommend adding tracking to your package to ensure it arrives safely back to us. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to ship without tracking and unfortunately we do not receive the package, Magically Pawsome will not be able to issue a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment if you requested a return. If you requested an exchange, we will send you the different pattern or size. 

Please note that the shipping cost for sending the exchanged product will be charged to the customer.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Final sale products and gift cards are not eligible for a return.

*Please note that the design of the product you receive may have slight variations from the photos shown. This is due to the unique nature of fabric cutting during manufacturing and the specific sizing of the item.
